الاتجاهات البحثية لقسم المكتبات والوثائق وتقنية المعلومات – كلية الآداب – جامعة القاهرة في الفترة من 2015-2020: دراسة تحليلية Research trends of the Department of Libraries, Documents and Information Technology, Faculty of Arts - Cairo University in the period from 2015-2020: An analytical study

تطورت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وأثرت على تخصص المكتبات والمعلومات؛ حيث نشأت موضوعات بحثية حديثة في التخصص؛ مما استوجب معها قضايا واتجاهات بحثية غير تقليدية، تواكب التطورات المعرفية والتكنولوجية. (فوزي، يناير 2018)؛ وفي ضوء ذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الاتجاهات البحثية لقسم المكتبات والوثائق وتقنية المعلومات بكلية الآداب- جامعة القاهرة في الفترة من (2015 - 2020)؛ لمعرفة مدى تنوع المجالات البحثية بالخطة البحثية التي أعدها القسم، ومدى توافقها مع القضايا البحثية بكليات وأقسام المكتبات وعلوم المعلومات بالجامعات الأجنبية والعربية، ورصْد التشتت الموضوعي والزمني للرسائل الجامعية المسجلة والمجازة خلال فترة تطبيق الخطة البحثية؛ بغرض الإحاطة بتلك الموضوعات وتفادي تكرارها في البحوث المستقبلية.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث استخدمت أسلوبي تحليل المحتوى ودراسة الحالة لرصد مفردات مجتمع الدراسة (الرسائل الجامعية المسجلة والمجازة بالقسم في الفترة من (2015 – 2020)، التي طبقت فيها الخطة البحثية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن القضايا البحثية التي تناولتها الخطة البحثية لا تتسم بالحداثة والمرونة من خلال عدم استجاباتها للتطورات المعرفية والتكنولوجية وذلك في ظل وعيها بالقضايا البحثية العالمية، ولم تواكب الاتجاه العالمي الذي يسعى إلى التخصيص وإضافة المجالات المعرفية والتقنية الجديدة مثل: هندسة البيانات، والشبكات الدلالية، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتنتهي الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسترشد بها الأقسام الأكاديمية العربية الراغبة في تطوير خططها البحثية، لتوصي بضرورة وضع الخطة البحثية لتصورات مقترحة لمشروعات بحثية مشتركة مع بعض التخصصات العلمية الأخرى، كما تحتاج إلى قضايا بحثية تواكب التطورات المعرفية والتكنولوجية العالمية، وتركز على المجالات التطبيقية بجانب المجالات النظرية، مع مراعاة أن يُؤهل الطالب لها من خلال البرامج الدراسية حتى ينعكس ذلك في الخطة البحثية.
Information and communications technology has developed and influenced the library and information field. In this area, new study subjects have evolved within the field, necessitating novel research questions and trends to stay up with advancements in cognition and technology. (Fawzi, 2018 January); As a result, the goal of this study was to evaluate the research trends of the Department of Libraries, Documents, and Information Technology at Cairo University's Faculty of Arts from 2015 to 2020 to monitor the thematic and temporal dispersion of registered and approved university dissertations during the research plan's application period, and to cover these topics and avoid the pitfalls listed below, as well as to determine the degree of the research plan's compatibility with research issues in faculties and departments of library and information sciences in foreign and Arab universities.
The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The methods of content analysis and case study were used to monitor the vocabulary of the study population (university theses registered and approved by the department in the period from (2015 - 2020), in which the research plan was applied. The study came to some conclusions that the research issues addressed by the research plan are not characterized by modernity and flexibility through their lack of responses. To cognitive and technological developments, considering its awareness of global research issues, it did not keep pace with the global trend that seeks to customize and add new cognitive and technical fields such as: data engineering, semantic networks, and artificial intelligence. The study ends with a set of recommendations that can be guided by Arab academic departments wishing to develop its research plans, to recommend the need to develop a research plan for proposed concepts for joint research projects with some other scientific disciplines. It also needs research issues that keep pace with global cognitive and technological developments, and focus on applied fields alongside theoretical fields, considering that the student qualifies for them through study programs until This is reflected in the research plan.
