وعي أخصائيي المعلومات بمكتبات الجامعات المصرية بأدوارهم المستقبلية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2020-2030 The Awareness of information specialists in Egyptian university libraries about their future roles considering Egypt’s Vision 2020-2030

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى وعي أخصائيي المعلومات في المكتبات الأكاديمية في الجامعات المصرية بأدوارهم المستقبلية وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهم الوظائف التي تنبأ بها الخبراء والمتخصصون أنها سوف تكون من مهام أخصائيي المعلومات في المستقبل، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافق الوعي مع رؤية مصر 2030. واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من الجامعات المصرية من أقاليم جغرافية مختلفة كما شملت الدراسة كليات تمثل العلوم النظرية وأخرى تمثل العلوم التطبيقية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الميداني كما اُعتُمِدَ في جمع المعلومات اللازمة للدراسة على استبيان محكم أُعِدَ وفقا للقواعد العلمية المعروفة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن درجة وعي أخصائيي المعلومات العاملين بالمكتبات الأكاديمية في الجامعات المصرية مرتفع كما أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية مرتبطة بدرجة الوعي باختلاف الجامعات أو التخصص العلمي سواء علوم نظرية أو تطبيقية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن وعي الأخصائيين بالمكتبات يتوافق مع رؤية مصر 2020-2030، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتوفير مقومات التنمية المهنية للأخصائيين لتنمية مهاراتهم التطبيقية، ووعيهم بمهام وظائفهم المنتظرة في المستقبل
This study aims to determine the extent to which information specialists in Academic libraries in Egyptian universities are aware of their future roles and via identifying the most significant jobs that experts and specialists predicted that it would be among the tasks of the information specialist in the future. The study also sought to determine how well their awareness aligned with Egypt's 2030 vision. The researcher has selected a sample of Egyptian universities from various geographic regions with a diversity of colleges, representing both theoretical sciences and those representing applied sciences. The study used the survey methodology and the questionnaire as a tool to collect the relevant data. The study produced several conclusions, the most significant of which is that working information specialists in academic libraries in Egyptian universities have high levels of awareness of their changing roles. Also, there are no statistically significant differences related to the degree of awareness among universities or scientific specialization, whether theoretical or applied sciences. The study also found out that the awareness of library staff is aligned with Egypt’s vision 2030. One of the recommendations of the study that there is a consistent need to provide a continues professional development for workers to raise their level of awareness of the tasks of their jobs in the practical aspect, whether at the present time or in preparation for the tasks of their jobs in the future.
