مكتبات الأشياءLOTs كأنموذج لخدمات التنمية المستدامة والاقتصاد التشاركي: تحليل وسيناريوهات للمستقبل Libraries of Things (LOTs) as a model for sustainable development services and sharing economy: Analysis and scenarios for the future by Mohamed Thabet

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات المميزة لمكتبات الأشياء LoTs بوصفها كيانات تقدم خدمات مجتمعية متميزة، بشكل مستدام، مما يجعلها شريكًا رئيسًا في منظومة الاقتصاد التشاركي الذي يشجع على التحول من ملكية المنتجات إلى تسهيل الوصول إليها، والذي يوسع مفهوم المكتبة من إعارة الكتب فقط إلى العناصر الأخرى، وقد سعت الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة خدمات هذه المكتبات، وطبيعة فئات الأشياء المطروحة بها، وكذا رصد سياسات الإعارة والتزويد بتلك المكتبات، وكذا تحليل إمكانات الإتاحة والتصفح وتنظيم المحتوى بها، ومن ثم التعرف على مدى مساهمة هذه المكتبات في تحقيق مضامين أهداف التنمية المحلية المستدامة، وقد اتخذت الدراسة من المنهج المسحي القائم على أسلوب وصفي منهجًا رئيسًا لها، وذلك لمقارنة مكتبة الأشياء عينة الدراسة لاستنباط أبرز سماتها، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في خمس عشرة مكتبة أشياء، تم انتخابها من المجتمع بطريقة عمدية، وقد كان أبرز نتائجها وجود علاقات ارتباطية بين سمات مكتبات الأشياء وبعضها البعض، وكذا وجود علاقات ارتباطية بين أبعاد مكتبات الأشياء وإسهاماتها في التنمية المحلية المستدامة، وقد ذيلت الدراسة بسيناريوهات مستقبلية لرصد ملامح هذه المكتبات المستقبلية في البيئة العربية، كما قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها تعظيم دور مكتبات الأشياء بالبيئة العربية لمستقبل مستدام في البيئة المحلية.
The study aimed to identify the distinguishing features of LoTs libraries as entities that provide distinct community services, in a sustainable manner, which makes them a major partner in the Sharing economy system that encourages the shift from ownership of products to facilitating access to them, which expands the concept of the library from lending books only to items The study sought to identify the nature of the services of these libraries, the nature of the categories of things offered in them, as well as monitoring the policies of lending and provision of these libraries, as well as analyzing the capabilities of availability, browsing and organizing the content in them, and then identifying the extent to which these libraries contribute to achieving the contents of the goals of sustainable local development. The study took the survey approach based on the descriptive method as its main approach, in order to compare the libraries of objects in the study sample to derive their most prominent features. Libraries of things and each other, as well as the existence of correlations between the dimensions of libraries of things and their contributions to sustainable local development. It also presented a set of recommendations that would maximize the role of libraries of things in the Arab environment for a sustainable future in the local environment.
